How Important His Your Health.
Hi Everyone,
How important is your health ? if your are like me, when I
was young, I didn't give my health a thought, because I thought like
most young people, I think about my health at a later time when I am
old. I live the fast live wine, women and song, has the saying goes.
But the only thing going was my good health. Bang I started to
get health problems, and carry on till I had a very big Heart Attack
( you don't want one believe me ) with me, I was out of this world
touch and go for eight hours, they told my wife I may not make it.
I spend seven and half weeks in hospital, then they give me a Triple
Bypass, after that I went again, but this time for 30 hrs out of this
world, they told my wife they didn't think I make it again. But I did
but my good health also went, the point of this true story please look
after yourself, because I didn't not and paid the price. Its not all bad
news and this is what I be writing about. One I am not a writer and
can't spell to save my life, but will keep writing to save some of your
lives. Also I know very little on how to run a blog, but I do my
best, thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope we be
come friends over time.
